Manage all architectural design coordination for new & existing infrastructure Prepare drawings.Coordinate with design consultants Check the consultants work for accuracy and adequacy.Efficient design and comparison of different systems in terms of efficiency, cost and ROI Suggest optimization of design to save costs Ensure all regulations are met and codes satisfied Prepare budgetary estimates Work with project execution team to ensure that the drawings are implemented. Ability to work in a cross functional role Multitasking abilities.Able to work under high pressure deadlines. Should be capable of handling 2-3 individual projects from Concept to Execution with mínimal guidance.Team player and capable of handling team of 3-4 members efficiently.Capable of working on tender dwgs, working dwgs & detail dwgs for execution Proactive with Excellent Communication skills.Have good working knowledge of current materials, prices, able to work on & check BoQ, Estimates Schedule and attend Client meetings & documentation,

Attend regular site & client meetings, create Site issue reports, MOMs, Weekly site status reports...etcInteract regular basis with vendors, client Project managers and handle site issues efficiently without delay in works.Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects on assigned projects.Applies professional knowledge and experienced judgement, but refers to more senior staff for more complex mattersShall check the work of all in the team and carry out independent reviews of the tasks assigned by the seniors.Provide technical direction and on the job training to junior members of the team.Able to present their technical work and that of their team with minimum guidance from the senior

**Education**:
UG - Diploma - Architecture OR B.Arch. - (Architecture) OR PG - PG Diploma, M.Arch - Architecture) Architect Diploma/Degree who are creative, enough experience in Execution and preparation of detailed Working Drawings, Presentation Schemes and knowledge of 3D views with experience in presentation, detail architectural, interior & landscape drawings & site execution. Working knowledge in creating concepts for villa, apartments and layout design.
