Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver effective English language training programs, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments that meet the needs of the target audience.

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that focus on improving spoken English proficiency, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.

Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure maximum learning outcomes.

Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

Identify and address individual learning needs, adapting training materials and approaches as required.

Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a high-quality training program that meets the organization's goals and objectives.

Keep up to date with the latest teaching methods, techniques and materials to continuously improve the quality of training programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education or a related field.

Freshers/Minimum 6 months of experience as a Spoken English Trainer or similar role.

Proven track record of designing and delivering effective English language training programs.

Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs and demands.

Strong commitment to student success and a passion for teaching.
