Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Harden laptops and desktops to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
- Implement and maintain VPN connections for remote employees and contractors.
- Monitor and report on system and network activity to detect potential security threats.
- Work with IT staff to identify and remediate vulnerabilities and security incidents.
- Ensure that all staff understands and follows security policies and procedures.
- Perform periodic security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Train staff on security best practices and provide ongoing security awareness training.
- Stay current with security industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in security administration.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including hardening, VPN, and data protection.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
- Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and antivirus software.
- Experience with security incident response and remediation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
