**Overview**:

- The Academic Counsellor at the Academy plays a key role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey. This role focuses on counseling students regarding various courses offered, helping them make informed decisions, and ensuring a smooth admissions process. The Academic Counsellor will also collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts._

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Counseling**:

- Provide detailed information to prospective students about courses in Accounting, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Logistics, and Office Administration.
- Assist students in identifying their educational needs and career goals and recommend suitable programs offered by the academy.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing students’ queries regarding courses, career prospects, and admission procedures.

**2. Admissions Process**:

- Guide students through required documentation and help them understand the fee structure and payment schedules.
- Ensure that all required documents are collected and that the admission process is smooth and efficient.

**3. Lead Conversion & Outreach**:

- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and the marketing team to convert leads into successful admissions.
- Participate in lead follow-up activities generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, social media, and phone inquiries.
- Actively engage in outreach efforts, such as education fairs and college partnerships, to promote the academy’s courses.

**4. Placement Support Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the placement support team to ensure students are aware of job opportunities and placement services provided by the academy.
- Provide students with guidance on career options and help align their educational paths with potential employment opportunities.

**5. Course Guidance & Feedback**:

- Offer guidance to students regarding class schedules, course progression, and certification requirements.
- Collect feedback from enrolled students to ensure satisfaction with their educational experience and pass this information to the HR and General Manager for further improvements.

**6. Event Participation**:

- Assist in organizing and conducting workshops, seminars, and other events to promote Skillspark Academy’s courses and services.
- Support the promotion of corporate training programs, online classes, and other academic offerings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience or Passion in academic counseling, preferably in an educational institution or training center.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to counsel students, listen to their needs, and provide appropriate guidance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and communication platforms.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (required)
