**Job Title**: Post Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, paperwork follow-up, payment follow up and other concerns.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the client experience.
- Managing formalities such as agreement, coordination with accounts and design team.
- Achieving monthly targets of agreements and recovery.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide information, updates, and support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
- Facilitate regular client meetings and follow-up communications.
- **Client Feedback and Reporting**:
- Gather and analyse client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction, issues, and resolutions.
- Develop and implement action plans to address areas of concern and enhance client satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Handle complex and escalated client issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client problems.
- Implement strategies to prevent recurring issues and enhance overall service quality.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
- A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
