**Key Responsibilities**:

**Required Qualifications**:

- M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical and/or teaching roles.
- Registered Nurse and Midwife with State Nursing Council.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in NABH-accredited hospital or nursing education.
- Certification in BLS/ACLS or relevant advanced clinical programs.
- Proficiency in healthcare software or EMR systems.

**Job Summary**:
The Principal will be responsible for the academic leadership and administrative management of the College of Nursing. This role requires an experienced academician and administrator who will ensure academic excellence, regulatory compliance, and institutional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of academic programs as per Indian Nursing Council (INC) and State Nursing Council norms.
- Oversee day-to-day college operations, curriculum planning, faculty management, and student affairs.
- Ensure quality teaching standards and promote research and community outreach.
- Manage admissions, examinations, clinical postings, and collaborations with hospitals.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate faculty and staff as per university/INC norms.
- Maintain accreditation and affiliation standards, manage audits and inspections.
- Develop institutional reports, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Promote a culture of ethics, discipline, and innovation in the campus.

**Required Qualifications**:

- M.Sc. Nursing with Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D. (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a senior academic/administrative position (e.g., Vice Principal or HOD).
