**Job Description -**
- As a CNC Maintenance Mechanical fitter, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines within the manufacturing facility
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment (Measuring equipment ).
- Understanding of electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge about 5S and Safety.
- Authorization for Maintenance: Decide on the type of maintenance (routine, corrective, preventive) required for each CNC machine.
- Part Replacement: Authority to order and replace critical components or spare parts as necessary.
- Good skill in reading Electrical drawing.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of FANUC and Mitsubishi Drives.
- Knowledge about Panel wiring, testing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge about Induction and Servo motors.
- Knowledge about cranes.
