Will be solely responsible for all IT needs of run phase engagements, will bridge the gap between the end users and IT world.
- A dedicated IT ‘Single Point of Contact’ responsible for an engagement for the life of the contract.
- Engagement relationship management with a focus to Fulfill engagement technology needs and ensure a smooth ‘Run the Business’ Project mobilization to support desired business outcomes - Revenue, Margin, Satisfaction Cost and Risk management.
- Coordination with required resolver groups in major incidences, repetitive incidences be it - Infrastructure, Network, Application etc.
- Should able to provide detail first hand technical details in case of issues.
- Driving Global IT initiatives/projects with engagements.
- Provide value addition to the engagement from cost and effort savings.

**Primary Skills**:

- Managing the end to end IT coordination in Run Phase Engagements.
- Stabilize and Operationalize core IT support processes.
- Setting up internal Governance with Service desk and other IT teams.
- Must Have Sound Knowledge in IT Service Delivery & Support.
- Must Possess good Project Management skills.
- Should Possess good Client Management skills.

**Secondary Skills**:

- ITIL Certification is an added Advantage.
- PMP Certification is an added Advantage.
- Involve in technical troubleshooting.
