**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop responsive website layouts using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Create UI/UX wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites and landing pages.
- Optimize design for mobile and desktop performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest web design trends and best practices.
- Work closely with content and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Ensure designs meet SEO and accessibility standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive web designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
