Machine Fitter For Canada

**Type of Employment**:Full time

**Job Duties**:

- Work with advanced manufacturing equipment such as conveyors, overhead and transfer systems, robotic systems, and presses.
- Work in a fast-paced team-orientated flexible manufacturing environment
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment under standardized procedures
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot, replace and/or repair machine components including cylinders, pumps, motors, spindles, fixtures, slides, valves, gears, switches, and bearings
- Perform welding, metal fabricating, hand finishing, grinding, and polishing
- Design and test hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment and systems
- Fit and assemble prefabricated metal parts to build heavy industrial machinery
- Move and align subassemblies and components
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Install major components such as gears, pumps, motors, or hydraulic assemblies
- Passport valid for at least 3 years.
- No medical issues
- No criminal record
- Never worked in Canada before
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable to work on different shifts (day, night, weekend)
- Experience as a machine fitter in manufacturing industry
- Experience working abroad
- Can lift up to 50 pounds

**Requirements**:
**Education**:Completion of high school is required

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years of on-the-job training experience is required.
- Experience with PLC (Programmable logic controller) - Ladder Logic, VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) is a strong asset
- A class G driver’s license is an asset

**Work conditions and Physical capabilities**:

- Fast-paced environment, Repetitive Tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Work under pressure, Manual dexterity, Hand-eye coordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking.

**Salary**: ₹380,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
