We’re seeking a future team member for the role of **Associate, Client Reporting/Performance II **to join our **GLOBAL RISK SOLUTIONS **team. This role is located in **Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India - HYBRID.**

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:

- To provide Investment Performance reports on a daily/monthly/quarterly/annual/ad-hoc basis for the clients.
- To take responsibility for the accuracy of all provided data which contain portfolios and benchmarks’ performance measurements (total/security level return, money/time-weighted return, attribution, CTR, etc.).
- To communicate effectively with all external and internal stakeholders. Analyze performance and attribution data to communicate findings to client or client facing teams.
- To engage in global projects and initiatives aiming at implementation of best practices across all Performance Measurement teams.

**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:

- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 3-6 years of investment performance and/or investment accounting experience.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of working with comprehensive financial/numerical data. Experience working with large and complex databases and an ability to understand how they function/interact.
- At least basic understanding of Investment Performance Measurement and/or capital markets and/or investment banking. Knowledge of performance methodologies or principles of attribution will be an.asset.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office products, in particular manipulating Excel spreadsheets. Utilizing advanced functions would be desirable.
- The Associate will be responsible for undertaking research, developing and presenting reports; hence it is important that they have great writing and verbal communication skills to effectively and convey information and develop presentations for multiple levels of the organization.
- CIPM Certificate or working toward either preferred.
