**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Operations Head** with a strong background in **cosmetic manufacturing** to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of our facility. The role requires deep knowledge of cosmetic/personal care production, **GMP compliance**, **supply chain management**, and strong leadership to drive operational excellence.

The Operations Head will oversee production, quality, regulatory compliance, supply chain, and customer order fulfillment while ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to global standards.

**Key Responsibilities1. Production & Manufacturing Management**
- Lead cosmetic manufacturing operations ensuring efficiency, automation, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with **GMP, ISO, BIS, FDA**, and other regulatory standards.

**2. Quality & Regulatory Compliance**
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure quality and compliance for every batch.
- Lead regulatory audits (internal and external), implement CAPA, and ensure regulatory readiness.

**3. Supply Chain & Inventory Management**
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables specific to cosmetics.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost-effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain to ensure timely production and delivery.

**4. Client & Project Management**
- Act as the operational SPOC for **domestic and international cosmetic clients**.
- Translate client requirements into production schedules.
- Support **New Product Development (NPD)** in collaboration with R&D and regulatory teams.

**5. Leadership & People Management**
- Lead cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, SCM, QA/QC).
- Foster a culture of **safety, accountability, and continuous improvement**.
- Conduct performance reviews and drive departmental KPIs.

**6. Financial & Strategic Management**
- Monitor and control operational budgets, Capex, and Opex.
- Drive **cost optimization** while ensuring compliance and product quality.
- Contribute to strategic decisions like capacity expansion and technology upgrades.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of **cosmetics / personal care industry operations**.
- Proven knowledge of **GMP, ISO, BIS, FDA, and cosmetic regulatory frameworks**.
- Expertise in supply chain, vendor management, and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate / MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, or related field).
- **8-12 years of experience in FMCG / Cosmetic manufacturing operations.**:

- Minimum **5 years in a senior leadership role** managing large-scale operations.
- Proven track record of driving compliance, cost efficiency, and production excellence.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
