**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the school's brand awareness, increase enrollment, and strengthen its reputation within the community. This role requires a creative and results-oriented individual with a passion for education and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve enrollment goals and enhance the school's image.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain the school's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- **Admissions and Enrollment**:

- Support the admissions team by developing marketing materials and strategies to attract prospective students.
- Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and recruitment fairs.
- Manage the school's CRM system and track enrollment data.
- **Public Relations and Communication**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets.
- Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Manage the school's internal and external communications.
- Coordinate the creation of school marketing materials, such as brochures, and school videos.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan and execute school marketing related events.
- Support the admissions team by developing marketing materials and strategies to attract prospective students.

Pay: ₹10,391.73 - ₹35,132.20 per month
