**Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Merchandising Assistant to join our dynamic merchandising team at **AWK STEELWARE PVT. LTD.** In this role, you will support the merchandising efforts by assisting with product selection, inventory management, and promotional activities, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional products to our customers.

**Roles:

- **
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management processes.
- To collect the PO (purchase order) & Convert in to excel production format.
- Send sample to buyer for gold seal and green seal.
- To follow up shipment process according to the buyer instructions.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments such as/ shipping, Technical, QA to ensure smooth work flow for order follow-up.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Required:

- **
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

Location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
