**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packaging Schedule Management**: Oversee and ensure adherence to the packaging schedule provided by the manager, ensuring timely completion of all packaging tasks.
- **Order Fulfilment Coordination**: Monitor and ensure that picking and packing processes align with sales and purchase orders, facilitating accurate and efficient order fulfilment.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory and ensure the availability of packaging materials and products to support uninterrupted packaging operations.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with sales and store teams to fulfil orders promptly, addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- **Dispatch Oversight**: Manage the dispatch of products, including e-commerce orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- **Data Maintenance**: Maintain accurate data records in Excel or Google Sheets, keeping all relevant information up-to-date.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and audit product labelling, ensuring accuracy in batch numbers and compliance with labelling standards on invoices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with various teams to meet deadlines.
- Experience in packaging, dispatch, or logistics roles is preferred.

This position requires a proactive individual who can ensure smooth operations in packaging and dispatch

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
