Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative **UI/UX Designer** with a strong focus on **Figma** to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing user-centric interfaces and delivering seamless user experiences across our digital products. You should have a solid grasp of the latest design trends and an ability to translate user needs into engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Design and Prototype**: Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- **User Research**: Conduct user research, gather insights, and create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to guide the design process.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to deliver cohesive and functional designs.
- **Design Systems**: Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides in Figma to ensure consistency across products.
- **Iterate Based on Feedback**: Actively participate in feedback loops and use insights to iterate and refine designs to meet user needs.
- **Responsive Design**: Design and adapt interfaces for various devices and screen sizes to ensure a consistent user experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in Figma**: Strong expertise in Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaborating on UI/UX projects.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, Figma-based projects, and ability to create user-focused designs.
- **User-Centric Approach**: Ability to put yourself in the users' shoes, focusing on usability, accessibility, and engagement.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver polished and professional designs.

Preferred Skills:

- **Knowledge of Design Systems**: Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems in Figma.
- **Basic Front-End Knowledge**: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate collaboration with developers (optional).
