**Role**:

- Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

**Responsibilities**:

- Study of drawings/ technical specifications and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) / Bill of Materials (BOM) for the project
- Providing timely inputs regarding quantity and cost for planning prestart and cost to complete estimate
- Maintain documentary records of the work done
- Reconciliation of material quantities & labour as per contract terms, during & on completion of the project
- Timely preparation & processing of agency bills (contractors/subcontractors/other vendors) along with follow up on the accounts department for payment
- Raise & obtain certification of invoices as per contract terms
- Carrying out daily joint inspection of records / measurements
- Prepare a schedule of materials used and available
- Preparing reconciliation statements

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in B.E / B. Tech Civil
- 4-8 years of work experience is preferable
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP & AutoCAD is preferable

**Location**: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

**Salary**:Negotiable

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
