**_Responsibilities :_**

Person handling this role would be in charge of Vehicle QA. To establish and ensure quality systems meets the required standards._**
- Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.
- Developing quality control processes.
- Designing product & internal test control specifications.
- Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.
- Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.
- Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes like IPR, RFT & etc...
- Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.
- Rejecting products that fail quality standards.
- Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback and initiating actions.
- Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
- Field failure analysis - EFR / Warranty & initiating actions with interface departments.
- Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
- Improving production efficiency and managing quality losses.
- ISO 9001:2015 QMS and TPM

- Sound knowledge on Two-wheeler& 4-W Vehicle assembly & testing.
- Troubleshooting on vehicle issues and analysis.
- Knowledge on vehicle parts functions and processes.
- Knowledge on homologation controls is must.
- Should have knowledge on assembly error proofing
- Should have knowledge of Customer survey study.
- Functional
- Able to administrate team of 5- 10 members.
- Able to educate and motivate teams in achieving the goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain good harmony and quality culture within and interface functions.
