**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience on Configuration Management (CMDB), Integrations, Service Portal and Custom Application development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Develop ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and UI policies to automate and streamline processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation.
- Perform system testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including modules like IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Web Services.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow data structures, tables, relationships, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or similar, are a plus.
