Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design creative, high-quality graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
- Create visually appealing packaging designs and product mockups.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop visual content for digital and print campaigns.
- Develop brand assets such as logos, icons, and visual elements that align with Belove Beauty’s aesthetic.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Provide revisions and refinements based on feedback from internal teams.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality designs, particularly in product packaging, social media, and branding.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute designs that resonate with our target audienice.
- Understanding of visual branding and experience in creating cohesive brand identities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
