**Required Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: Basic networking certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
- Familiarity with networking devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Basic knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
