A marketing intern is an aspiring marketing professional at the beginning of his/her career. They

assist in the management of marketing operations under the supervision of a marketing manager.

Their duties include preparing proposals, hosting events, and researching marketing trends.

We at YOLO are looking for an energetic and self-motivated marketing intern to join our

growing marketing department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in

social media and content marketing, then we want to work with you. Your work will include

preparing promotional presentations, monitoring social platforms, and conducting market

analysis.

YOUR DAILY TASKS/ JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Performing market analysis and research on the latest trends.
- Assisting with daily administrative duties.
- Monitoring all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
- Preparing detailed promotional presentations.
- Helping with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
- Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content.

YOUR EXPERTISE:

- High-speed, high-growth environment; BA/BS in a related field; MA/MBA is a plus.
- Managing local as well as global stakeholders across levels and functions
- Working in a global capability centre will be a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
- Ability to operate with a strong business mindset and understanding of business needs.
- Strong analytical skills and uses data to influence strategic decisions at the executive level.
- Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop others
- Proven ability to think creatively, participate fully and work collaboratively to develop

and execute programs. Ability to work in and navigate a matrixed environment
- Comfortable with open communication and respectfully giving and receiving honest,

constructive feedback
- Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers, and

employees
- Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the role - no job too bigger

too
- Unquestioned integrity and a confident presence to effectively resolve sensitive issues
- A sense of humour and passion for YOLO are essential - we are excited to work here, and you

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: From ₹5,000.00 per month
