**The Role**:
As a Principal Product Designer, you’ll shape world-class digital experiences by blending strategy, craftsmanship, and leadership. You’ll define product experiences, translating business goals and brand identity into meaningful, user-centered designs. As part of a senior design team, you’ll set a high bar for quality, mentor others, and tackle complex, high-impact projects.

**Lead by Doing**
- Drive the design process from research to execution.
- Integrate UX, visual, and motion design to create compelling digital products.
- Push creative boundaries, guiding teams toward innovative solutions.
- Mentor designers and foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Ensure consistency between brand principles and product experiences.

**Elevating Design Excellence**
- Set and uphold high design standards across UX, UI, and motion design.
- Provide actionable feedback that enhances design quality.
- Lead critique sessions, fostering a culture of innovation.

**Strategic Influence & Collaboration**
- Partner with researchers and strategists to validate design decisions.
- Work closely with clients, articulating design rationale and aligning stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams for seamless implementation.
- Advocate for intuitive, engaging, and delightful human-centered design.

**Thought Leadership & Mentorship**
- Share knowledge through workshops, critiques, and industry engagement.
- Contribute to design thought leadership and best practices.
- Mentor designers, helping them grow in their careers.

**REQUIREMENTS: What We’re Looking For**:
**Technical Expertise**
- **UX Design**:Craft seamless and intuitive experiences.

**Leadership & Influence**
- **Selling Design**:Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders.
- **Vision & Innovation**:Define and drive a compelling creative direction.
- **Creative Direction**:Guide projects from concept to execution with consistency.
- **Systems Design**:Develop scalable design systems for consistency and usability.
- **Brand Integration**:Connect brand identity with product experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in UX, UI, and motion design at a senior level.
- Proven ability to lead projects from discovery to launch.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience mentoring designers and fostering collaboration.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in design challenges.
