Dispatch Executive

**Job description** **Job Summary**: The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee the daily dispatch operations at the manufacturing unit. They are responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, managing dispatch staff, and maintaining accurate dispatch records to ensure efficient product distribution. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Supervise Dispatch Activities: Manage and oversee all dispatch-related tasks, including packaging, loading, and transportation of goods. 2. Shipment Coordination: Work closely with logistics providers to schedule and track shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries. 3. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate dispatch records, including preparing invoices, delivery notes, and ensuring all necessary documentation is provided for outgoing shipments. 4. Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of dispatch staff, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely. 5. Inventory & Stock Checks: Work with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are accurate before dispatch and alert the relevant departments when stock levels are low. 6. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all dispatch operations comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. 7. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or delays related to shipments or delivery processes. **Qualifications**: - Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations. - Strong communication and team leadership skills. - Proficiency in dispatch software and MS Office. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Work Location: In person **Job Type**: Permanent Pay: ₹10,542.69 - ₹33,539.86 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
