**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the IGCSE curriculum.
- Create worksheets and question papers aligned with lesson objectives and the IGCSE syllabus.
- Utilize provided data entry support to organize and categorize questions, ensuring relevance and appropriateness.
- Shortlist questions based on curriculum coverage, difficulty level, and student needs.
- Administer assessments and evaluate student performance through grading and providing constructive feedback.
- Provide individualized support to students to enhance their understanding and performance.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents to provide feedback on progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
- Previous experience teaching IGCSE English, Math, and/or Science.
- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE curriculum and assessment criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated on educational best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and personalized learning approaches.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools for enhancing instruction.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
