**Job Description for an Intern at Playfull**

**Job Title: Intern - Customer Experience & Marketing**

**Location**: Playfull, Ghatkopar Metro Station, Mumbai
**Duration**: 3 Months (with possibility of extension)
**Stipend**: As per industry standards
**Working Hours**: 10 AM - 8 PM (Flexible shifts)

**About Playfull**:
Playfull is the **World’s first metro gaming zone**, bringing fun and entertainment to busy urban commuters and city residents. With bowling machine for batting practice, mini golf, archery, and table tennis practice, Playfull offers a unique space for people to **relax, have fun, and move on**.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic interns to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in **customer service, marketing, and event coordination** while working in a fun-filled environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Handling**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Explain activities, packages, and offers clearly
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out experience for customers
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in **promotional campaigns** within and outside the metro station
- Create engaging content for social media platforms
- Distribute flyers, handle standees, and help with awareness activities
- **Event Tie-Ups**:

- Coordinate with **colleges, corporates, and event organizers** for group bookings and events
- Support planning and execution of **birthday parties, corporate fun days, and college events** at Playfull
- **Operational Assistance**:

- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Support daily operational activities as required

**Who Can Apply**:

- Students pursuing **Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or Mass Communication**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable interacting with customers and handling on-ground activities
