Job Title: Finance officer.

Location: Malad (west), Mumbai.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team as a Finance Officer, the role will be to ensure the financial health and compliance of our organization. You will be responsible for various financial tasks, including but not limited to accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Budgeting:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Financial Analysis:
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to management based on analysis results.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including tax filings, financial reporting, and licensing obligations. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through appropriate internal controls and risk management practices.

Cash Flow Management:
Monitor cash flow activities and manage cash reserves to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance on business decisions. Audits: Coordinate and support external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the finance function.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. He should be CA or ICWA with an experience working in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the financial services industry with at least 10 years of experience. Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.Finance / Accounts / Tax, AuditNBFC ( Non Banking Financial Services )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
