**Responsibilities**
- Build, scale, secure, and support Windows-based infrastructure services using innovative solutions.
- Automate infrastructure configuration, deployments, and patching using tools like Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, etc.
- Develop, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, Buildkite, etc.
- Deploy and maintain Windows Server, Workspace/AppStream, and related core infrastructure components.
- Manage and support services including Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, GPOs.
- Collaborate with developers and business users to diagnose, resolve, and document system issues.
- Design and implement monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Splunk, SumoLogic, Elastic, New Relic).
- Integrate and support internal and third-party RESTful APIs and web services.
- Provide performance metrics and reporting using tools like PowerBI for capacity planning and business insight.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and incident response duties.
- Coordinate and implement system changes, updates, and configuration improvements across environments.
- Expand configuration management infrastructure to support rapid service deployment.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and change control records.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration or DevOps within Windows Server 2019+ environments.
- Strong scripting/programming experience with PowerShell, Bash & Python
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible & Terraform).
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, GPOs, and server patching methodologies.
- Exposure to Workspace/AppStream deployment and administration.
- Comfortable working in continuous integration/deployment environments.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket or other version control tools.
- Monitoring/log collection experience with Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
- Knowledge of infrastructure fundamentals including Backup, Storage, and Networking.
- Strong analytical thinking and a self driven, problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for learning new tools and staying up to date with industry trends.
- Bonus: Experience in Docker & Kubernetes

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- B.E in Computer Science & Engineering
- Industry certifications: Microsoft Certified, AWS/Azure, Site Reliability/DevOps Engineer, etc.
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure-as-code practices.
