**SEO Trainer Part Time**

1. Make the strategy and plan for each client individually.

2. Check the daily work of the SEO Team and correct the errors and explain to the team.

3. See if the work is done according to the plan and in the right direction as required and is not just vague data entry.

4. If a team member is making a mistake train them to do it in the right way.

5. Training Need Assessment (TNA) of the team members. Training them accordingly.

6. Supervise and enhance the SEO process and take efforts to increase the output.

7. Monitor the work of each team member.

8. Building SEO Strategy communicating with all the concerned parties ( in-house resources as well as the clients)

9. Co-ordinating with other team heads and co-coordinators, and Project Managers.

10. Interviewing and Recruiting team members in coordination with HR.

11. Update the team on new updates in the market in terms of Google updates and new resources and methodologies.

12. Research on a regular basis and bring in a view of how the SEO work will be done and accordingly able to set guidelines.

13. Ultimately act as the custodian for all digital promotion work in the company.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 7 years (preferred)
- total work: 7 years (preferred)
