Store Keeper

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring inventory is properly logged and tracked.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and notify the management of low stock or the need for reordering.
- **Receiving and Inspecting Goods**:

- Receive shipments and verify that the items match purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate department.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Organize and store goods in a safe and efficient manner, following proper labeling and stacking procedures.
- Ensure that all materials are stored in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- **Issuing Materials**:

- Distribute goods to relevant departments or personnel as needed, ensuring proper documentation of issuance.
- Assist in handling requests for materials and ensure the timely delivery of requested items.
- **Stock Maintenance**:

- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records.
- Ensure that expired or obsolete items are disposed of or returned as per company guidelines.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**:

- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe storage area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep the storehouse or storage area free from hazards and accessible for easy stock retrieval.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on stock levels, damages, discrepancies, and stock movements.
- Assist in preparing for audits and provide the necessary documentation for inventory checks.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Store management: 2 years (preferred)
