**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and other goods.
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and build strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best value.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and supply market conditions.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment on procurement needs.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and performance reports.
- Implement cost-reduction strategies while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of procurement/purchasing experience in the FMCG sector.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of FMCG supply chains, vendor management, and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Pay: ₹9,407.57 - ₹32,008.06 per month
