- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, parents, and faculty.
- **Professional Development**: A commitment to continuous professional learning and improvement (workshops, seminars, etc.).
- **MUN Knowledge**: Must have a good understanding of Model United Nations (MUN).
- **Board Correction Duty**: Must have experience in correcting CBSE board exam papers for Grade X.
- **Additional Responsibilities**: Willingness to undertake other assignments related to the day-to-day functioning of the school.
