**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership and Vision**:
- Provide leadership to the school community, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and educational goals. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the school’s academic reputation and student achievement.
- **Academic Oversight**:
Supervise and support the teaching staff in curriculum planning, instructional strategies, and assessment methods. Ensure the delivery of high-quality education and the integration of the latest educational methodologies.
- **School Administration**:
Oversee day-to-day school operations, including staff management, scheduling, budget planning, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with education policies and regulatory requirements.Lead the recruitment, mentoring, and professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Establish and maintain a positive school culture that promotes the personal, social, and academic growth of all students. Implement and oversee disciplinary policies in a fair and consistent manner.Maintain strong communication channels with parents and the broader community. Organize parent-teacher meetings, school events, and other activities that encourage parental involvement and strengthen school-community relations.Encourage the integration of technology into teaching practices to improve student learning outcomes. Stay updated with trends in educational technology and innovation.Develop strategies to promote the school and attract new students. Oversee admission processes and ensure the retention of existing students by fostering a supportive and enriching environment.

- A Master’s degree in Education or a related field (PhD is preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal.
- In-depth knowledge of modern teaching practices, curriculum development, and assessment strategies.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, parents, and the community.
- Proven experience in fostering a positive school culture and driving academic achievement.
