ROLE: Principal - SAP

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SAP Materials Management MM and Warehouse Management WM Lead with a proven track record in SAP S4HANA implementations. As the SAP MM and WM Lead, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of SAP MM and WM solutions, ensuring seamless alignment with our business needs, industry best practices, and leveraging the latest capabilities within SAP S4HANA.- Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our materials and warehouse management processes.- ResponsibilitiesSolution Design Lead the design of SAP MM and WM solutions within the SAP S4HANA framework, aligning them with our business requirements and industry best practices.Business Process Alignment Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand materials management and warehouse management processes and objectives, providing expert guidance on leveraging SAP functionality within the SAP S4HANA environment.-
- Architectural Planning Develop and maintain SAP MM and WM architectural standards, guidelines, and roadmaps to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and security within the SAP S4HANA landscape.- Solution Implementation Oversee the implementation of SAP MM and WM solutions within SAP S4HANA, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.- Functional Consultation Provide expert advice on SAP MM and WM capabilities, recommending innovative solutions to optimize materials and warehouse management processes.Integration Ensure effective integration of SAP MM and WM with other SAP S4HANA modules and external systems.- Technical Leadership Lead and guide a team of SAP professionals specializing in MM and WM, providing technical direction, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.Testing and Quality Assurance Supervise the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, guaranteeing that solutions meet stringent quality and performance standards.- Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP MM and WM solution architecture, configuration guides, and process documentation.Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met through SAP solutions in the SAP S4HANA environment.- Continuous Improvement Stay current with the latest SAP MM and WM trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process enhancements and improvements.- RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A relevant masters degree is a plus.Proven experience 12 plus years as an SAP Lead, specializing in SAP MM and WM, with a strong emphasis on SAP S4HANA implementations.Comprehensive knowledge of SAP MM and WM functionality, configuration, and integration within the SAP S4HANA landscape.Must have worked for United Kingdom based customersSAP certifications in relevant modules and SAP S4HANA are highly desirable.Indepth understanding of materials management and warehouse management best practices and principles.Successful experience in leading and managing technical teams and projects.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Effective problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines.
