**About Us**:
Prahant is a leading player in the construction and property development industry. We are looking for a skilled Legal Executive to manage legal matters, including sale deeds, contract negotiations, and regulatory documentations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit relevant offices (VMC, MGVCL, etc.) and attend court hearings.
- Support internal teams to ensure legal compliance in all company operations.
- Prepare reports and assist in legal training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation
- Strong knowledge of Indian construction and property laws, including RERA 2016, RTI Act, and Transfer of Revenue Act.
- Experience in drafting contracts, legal documents, and managing legal disputes.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and research abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
