- Establish revenue-generating plans for the company and clients.
- Lead business strategy and opportunity-related client consultation to increase client satisfaction index
Qualifications:
Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with experience of 8+ yrs. in client servicing and account management.
Excellent presentation, communication, and team management skills with an ability to build relationships.
Understands the digital ecosystem well and give solutions to clients addressing their business or marketing/communications challenges
