**Role Overview**:
As a Field Sales Representative at Gyproc, you will be crucial in connecting our company with the construction sector in Mundra. Your role will involve visiting construction sites, engaging with key industry players, and showcasing our high-quality products. You will focus on building strong client relationships and providing customized solutions to meet their specific construction needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Engagement**: Regularly visit construction sites in Mundra to connect with contractors, builders, and project managers.
- **Product Demonstration**: Effectively present and emphasize the benefits of Gyproc’s products, including POP and false ceilings, to potential clients.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- **Business Development**: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within Mundra’s construction market.
- **Proposal Management**: Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional support throughout the sales process and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Insights**: Offer insights into market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
- **Administrative Duties**: Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales reports and other administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- **Sales Experience**: Demonstrated experience in field sales, preferably in the construction materials industry.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with construction materials, with experience in POP and false ceilings being advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong ability to engage with and build relationships with a diverse clientele.
- **Motivation**: Self-driven and focused on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- **Independence**: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently.
- **Transportation**: A valid two-wheeler and driving license are required.
- **Local Knowledge**: Understanding of Mundra and its construction landscape is preferred.
