**EDUCATION**:Any Graduate/ Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality Management/ Travel or equivalent

**EXPERIENCE**:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent, Travel Agent, or in a relevant role in the Travel and Tourism industry.

**COMPETENCIES / SKILLS**:
Lexagent believes in 80:20 rule of JD. 80% is the primary job & 20% is the secondary job, which is assigned based on organization needs and employee competency / interest from time to time.

The above position’s primary job will comprise of acting as an executive for Stay/Travel/Ground Transfer reservations for Lexagent Clients, viz:

- Understanding client reservation needs and addressing them by collaborating with relevant vendors or via suitable online platforms
- Being updated on Lexagent contract terms with respective clients and vendors
- Updating and maintaining all reservation records in real time
- Maintaining relations and coordinating with existing vendors
- New vendor setup and vendor negotiations - Actively seeking out new agencies/ partners (Hotels, Serviced Apartments, Car Hire, etc.) across PAN India to tie up with
- Negotiating/ closing deals and handling complaints or objections
- Collecting client feedback periodically and addressing any challenges as required
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
- Managing and ensuring accurate client & vendor billing

**PERSONALITY & TRAITS**:

- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- A good team player who is disciplined, punctual, honest & mature
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

**COMPENSATION**:

- INR 200,000/- to 300,000/- per annum + incentives

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
