Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods from one location to another. This role requires adherence to traffic laws, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers or the secure delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safe Transportation:

- Operate company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle interior and exterior.
- Passenger/Goods Handling:

- Provide assistance to passengers, such as helping them enter and exit the vehicle, loading and unloading luggage or goods, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
- Safely and securely transport goods from one location to another, ensuring proper handling and delivery procedures are followed.
- Route Planning and Navigation:

- Plan efficient routes to reach destinations, taking into account traffic conditions, time constraints, and specific instructions.
- Utilize GPS or navigation tools to navigate unfamiliar routes, ensuring timely arrival at destinations.
- Communication:

- Communicate effectively with passengers, clients, or dispatchers to confirm pick-up and drop-off locations, discuss any special requirements, and address concerns or inquiries.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or delays to appropriate personnel promptly.
- Compliance and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including licensing, insurance, and vehicle registration.
- Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting passengers courteously, addressing their needs professionally, and handling any complaints or issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Represent the company in a positive manner, upholding its reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle being operated.
- Clean driving record with no history of major violations or accidents.
- Prior experience as a driver preferred, especially in a commercial or passenger transportation capacity.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, if required.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
