This role blends creativity with technology, using platforms like ChatGPT, CanvaAI, and Zapier or more to generate, publish and analyze digital content efficiently._ **ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES**: Ø _Use AI Tools Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, etc.) to write and design Instagram_ - carousels reels scripts, blogs and E-mail newsletter._ Ø _Repurpose videos (lives, webinars, workshops) into short-form content using_ - OpusClip, Descript, or CapCut._ Ø _Plan and manage our content calendar using Notion or Trello_ - publishing, outreach, lead capture, and follow-ups_ - or Buffer_ Ø _Maintain a CRM of outreach using Notion or Google Sheets_ Ø _Track Content Performance using Metricool or Instagram Insights._ Ø _Generate weekly or monthly performance summaries._ Ø _Suggest improvements using AI-based A/B testing tools_ Ø _**Perform keyword research**_ _using AI tools (like Surfer SEO or SEMrush AI Assistant) to optimize_ - blogs and captions for discoverability._ Ø _**Build AI chatbots**_ _for customer support or lead generation using tools like ManyChat, Intercom,_ - or Chatbase._ Ø _**Use AI analytics tools**_ _to forecast engagement and audience growth._ Ø _**Automate backlink and guest posting outreach**_ _with personalized AI-generated pitches._ Ø _**Use AI to generate creative campaign ideas**_ _based on audience personas, seasonal trends, or_ - product launches._ Ø _**Customize AI content prompts**_ _for different target personas (in wellness, beauty, food niches)._ **SKILLS REQUIRED**: Ø _Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing or strong IT Background_ Ø _Possess excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and effective communication abilities._ Ø _Strong Content Sense-Should understand storytelling, engagement, hooks & tones._ Ø _Proficiency in MS-Office and Power Point Presentation._ Ø _Proven working experience as Social Media or Marketing (bonus if in wellness space)_ Ø _A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics._ Ø _Familiarity with All AI Tools._ Ø _A keen eye for aesthetics and details._ Ø _Proactive mindset - Should able to figure out and make things smoother._ Ø _Excellent communication skills._ Ø _Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines._ **JOB SPECIFICATION** - **WORK TIMINGS**_ - 9:00am - 6:00pm_ - **SALARY**_ - Depends on Interview_ - **GENDER**_ - Male / Female_ - **HR**_ - **Prestige Pursuits Pvt.
