**Job Opening - Field Manager**

**Job Brief**
We are looking to hire graduates/postgraduates, who can join our team and work with us in the **Andhra Pradesh **region designing various political campaigns and strategies in the field.

**Responsibilities**
1. Will be responsible for political campaigning on-field.
2. Handling/coordinating with teams.
3. Conducting on-ground research.
4. Making reports that summarize insights drawn from field visits, retrospective electoral data, leader comparative analysis, etc.
5. Campaign management.

**Required Qualifications**
1. Minimum Bachelors or Masters degree.
2. Proficiency in Telugu and English. Both written and speaking skills.
3. Strong political awareness.

**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Preferred on-field experience in campaign management or similar field.
2. Excellent written and oral communication, as well as presentation skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
3. Active listening skills, highly consultative, solutions-oriented and constant innovation.
4. Ability to think big and to inspire passion in the team.
5. Willingness to travel.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
