Male Technician

Job Description:
**1**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, facilities, equipment, and utilities within the ashram premises.

**2-** Handle electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring they are safe and functional.

3- Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems, to ensure proper functionality.

4-Oversee heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including troubleshooting and performing regular maintenance tasks.

**5-** Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping tasks to maintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.

6-**Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance and repair activities.

**7-**Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repair tasks.

8- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and address urgent issues as they arise.

9-Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing.

**10- **Coordinate with other staff members and departments within the ashram to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations.

**11-**Provide guidance and training to other staff or volunteers on basic maintenance tasks when necessary.

12- Be willing to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional tasks as needed to support the functioning of the ashram.

Qualifications:
1- Graduate or Undergrad will be preferred
2- Must have experience of 4-5 years in same field

3- Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or facilities management is typically preferred.
4- Can able to do work independently.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
