**Job
- Chef de Partie Continental/Italian Chef**

Salary Range - 20000 to 25000+ Food and Accomodation

Required Experience
- 5 to 6 yrs from (Hotel / Restaurants/Bistro/Café/Fine dining)

Job responsibilities:
**Section Management**:

- CDPs are responsible for a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., cooking or food production, Inventory, Hygiene, Staff Management, Recipe, Food Quality and Standards)
- They ensure their section runs smoothly and efficiently.
- **Food Preparation**:

- Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Ensuring high-quality food presentation.
- **Inventory and Ordering**:

- Monitoring stock levels and ordering ingredients as needed.
- Minimizing food waste.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:

- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP).
- **Teamwork**:

- Collaborating with other kitchen staff.
- Supervising and training junior chefs (commie).

**Specific to Continental Cuisine**:

- **Knowledge of Continental Techniques**:

- Proficiency in various European cooking techniques, including those from French, Italian, and other Continental cuisines.
- Familiarity with sauces, stocks, and classic Continental dishes.
- **Menu Adherence**:

- Accurate preparation of Continental dishes according to the menu.
- Understanding of regional variations within Continental cuisine.
- **Presentation**:

- Paying close attention to the presentation of Continental dishes, which often emphasizes visual appeal.
- **Ingredient Knowledge**:

- deep understanding of the ingredients used in continental cooking.
