- **Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings**: Understanding specifications for welding, fabrication, and other processes.
- **Preparing metal parts**: Cutting, shaping, aligning, and securing metal components for welding.
- **Selecting and operating welding equipment**: Choosing the right welding method and equipment for the specific task, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
- **Performing welds**: Joining metal parts using various welding techniques in different positions and configurations.
- **Inspecting and testing welds**: Verifying weld quality and ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- **Maintaining and cleaning equipment**: Keeping welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- **Following safety procedures**: Adhering to safety protocols, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) and understanding safety regulations.

Skills: Should be able to read the drawings and do the welding accordingly.
