Fax Intake coordinator

- Intake Coordinator is responsible for reviewing the fax that we receive and understand the medical terminology on each page of the fax. Should be able to identify the type of fax and provide authorization within TAT
- Essential Responsibilities- Should be able to communicate properly
- Should be okay working in only Night shifts
- Should be flexible enough for rotational week off’s
- Other job responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
The experience we are looking to add to our team
- Education- B/M Pharmacy
- Nursing, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Radiology, Optometry, Speech and Hearing, Life sciences, etc.,
- B Pharm, BDS, BAMS, BUMS
- Any other clinically related areas.
Required- Good communication skills including listening, reading and speaking skills
- Ability to work in peak hours
- Ability to thrive in an environment of change and fluctuating priorities
Good to have- Eg : Healthcare industry experience
- Any particular skill that is good to have, but not a showstopper
KEY SKILLS- Knowledge on US Healthcare industry
- Ability to use independent judgement and critical thinking
- Any Clinical certification
