
Bms Sales Executive

Responsible for generating new business and achieving sales targets for Omicron Sensing’s Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions and HVAC product sales
- Identify potential clients across industries such as commercial, industrial, and residential real estate, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders like architects, contractors, and consultant.
- Provide product demonstrations, consultations, and tailored recommendations to clients based on their specific BMS needs and requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits and features of BMS products and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and emerging technologies in the building automation sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
- Handle client queries, objections, and technical concerns effectively, offering timely and accurate solutions.
- Represent Omicron Sensing at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s BMS solutions and HVAC.
- Proactively monitor client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and communication to maintain positive client relationships and meet deadlines.
- Travel as required for client meeting and industry events.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
