You will be joining the Global Finance GBS Bangalore team, established in 2007. Our department supports Accounting, Finance & Procurement, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, Europe, North America, International Operations (IO), and GBS Bangalore. As an Associate I at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Handle travel and expense auditing and related reporting. Support the front office in assigned affiliates.
- Audit travel and expense reports in the Concur system for assigned affiliates.
- Initiate and follow up with employees on any travel and expense policy infractions. Maintain 100% quality in all activities.
- Send monthly infraction reports on time with 100% quality and key actionable items.
- Perform as a backup when a team member is absent. Build good working relationships with stakeholders. Update and follow up on issue lists.

**Qualifications**
We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:
- Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent).
- Good Academic track record and grades.
- 1-2 years of experience in T&E audit.
- Experience working with Travel and Expense systems - preferably Concur Expense.
- Experience working with ERP systems - preferably SAP.
- Flexibility, especially around month-end. Thorough and responsible nature.
- Team worker. Ability to remain calm in a hectic environment.
