Outbound Telemarketer

Mythree Agro Tech is seeking a proactive and confident Telecaller to engage with distributors and dealers based in East Ottapalam. The role involves outbound calling to maintain strong business relationships, provide product information, handle queries, and ensure timely follow-ups for orders and payments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and coordinate with distributors and dealers regularly
- Share product updates, offers, and stock availability
- Address inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate as needed
- Maintain records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups
- Support the sales team with lead generation and relationship management

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Familiarity with the agricultural or FMCG sector is a plus
- Self-motivated and organized

**Work Type**: Full-time | Based in or near East Ottapalam

Pay: ₹8,429.27 - ₹12,000.00 per month
