We are searching for an engaged Telecaller to initiate the telephonic conversation with the potential or existing clients to generate leads or sales. Thus, Tele callers are the representative of the company, who works on behalf of the third party to contribute to generating leads for the company.
To this end, the Telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also note down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
- Research every issue and provide solutions to them
- Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Meet qualitative and quantitative targets

**Telecaller Requirements**:

- Any Graduate, Diploma or Equivalent.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar is an added bonus.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
- Track your own work on a daily basis and compare to benchmarks
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listener
- Adaptable to different personality types
- Customer focus
- Ability to multi-task
- Set priorities
- Excellent time management skills

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
