Job Title: Ticketing Executive

Experience: 2+ Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle flight bookings, cancellations, and reissuances.
- Resolve customer inquiries on schedules, fares, and seat availability.
- Manage complex itineraries and fare calculations.
- Work with airlines and suppliers to troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure accurate processing of payments and travel documents.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in ticketing at a travel agency.
- Proficiency in GDS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred:

- Experience with group bookings and corporate travel.
- Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
